Salon Policy

Deposits

A deposit fee will be charged at time of booking for all existing and new clients.

Cancellations & Appointments

You will be notified when you book an appointment with us from a Generic phone number, THIS IS A NO-REPLY PHONE NUMBER SO PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE THIS NUMBER IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. A minimum notice of 24 hrs is required should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. All cancellations can be made by phone or text on 0402 142 361 Lash Artisan.

Cancellations or appointment reschedules that occur within the 24 hour notice period will mean a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit

No Shows

Lash Artisan have a strict no-show policy. If you do not show up for your appointment your deposit will not be refunded and further bookings will not be taken.

Appointment Bookings

Please try to arrive at least 5 mins prior to your scheduled appointment. Do allow time for parking and finding salon location if you are unfamiliar.

To get the best out of your lash extensions please arrive to your appointment with no Mascara

Late Arrivals

Please note that all treatments will NOT be extended on the day of your scheduled treatment should you arrive late for your appointment. Services will be charged at the full rate.

Infill Requirements

*Infills From another salon will be charged at the FULL set price

Refund

Our refund policy doesn’t include when someone simply changes their mind on the look. One must get the eyelash extensions removed completely by one of Lash Artisan’s lash stylist within 24 hours of having the treatment by one of Lash Artisan’s lash stylist.

AFTERCARE 

No water for at least 24-48 hours after application -keep them dry.

Brush lashes at least once a day – avoid eye rubbing and picking at lashes – doing this you may pull out your own lashes.

Never wear mascara – use oil free makeup remover to remove eye makeup & avoid any lotions or creams touching the lashes

Do not wear any eye makeup to your lash service

We recommend coming in for infills every 2-3 weeks

Please contact Lash Artisan via email or phone about any discomfort or application concerns, we need to be informed within the first 48 hours of lash set application and once assessed client is required to come back into the salon within 72 hours to qualify for a stylist to rectify the problem. All lash set styling and booked lash set type are agreed upon on initial in store  consultation.
